Michaela is a dedicated legal assistant at the Law Office of James L. Riotto, bringing a strong background in legislative research, legal studies, and client service.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Community Justice with a Minor in Legal Studies from SUNY Brockport, after completing her Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice at Monroe Community College.
Before joining our firm, she served as a Legislative Intern for the New York State Assembly, where she gained valuable experience in legal research, policy analysis, and legislative tracking. Her professional experience also includes customer service and administrative work where she developed strong multitasking, efficiency, and client relations skills—qualities that seamlessly translate into her legal support role.
A Dean’s List honoree with a Thomas J. Gosdeck Legislative Internship Scholarship, Michaela is detail-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to supporting our attorneys in case preparation, legal research, and client communications.
