Aiden Meyer serves as a Legal Assistant at Riotto Law, where he supports the firm’s attorneys in all phases of criminal defense.  He assists with case preparation, organizes discovery, drafts case summaries, and ensures compliance with procedural rules in both criminal and traffic matters.

Aiden has developed strong experience working with police reports, witness statements, and discovery documents, allowing him to identify key facts quickly and efficiently. He also plays a vital role in trial preparation, helping outline issues for cross-examination and coordinating with attorneys to streamline case strategy.

In addition to his daily responsibilities, Aiden has completed specialized training in New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law, traffic court practice and procedure, and FOIL (Freedom of Information Law) records. This training enhances his ability to assist with the firm’s high-volume traffic and DWI caseload, as well as discovery-driven motions and appeals.
