If you recently received a traffic ticket in New York, you may have noticed something confusing: the ticket instructs you to “respond within 48 hours,” but also lists a separate date by which you’re supposed to appear or answer. What gives?
At Riotto Law, we regularly help drivers across Upstate New York make sense of these tickets—and we can explain what’s really going on.
