Lindsey M. Pieper is an associate attorney at the Law Office of James L. Riotto with experience in trials, appellate advocacy in both criminal and civil cases. She has successfully represented individuals during DWI cases and appealing DWI convictions. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in DMV administrative proceedings involving suspensions and revocations. Her work also includes representing individuals during probation and parole violation hearings.
Ms. Pieper is a graduate of the College at Brockport, State University of New York. She received a Bachelor Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Criminal Justice in 2011 and was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. She earned her JD in 2014 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
She is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations in addition to the New York State Defender’s Association. She is also admitted to the Western District Federal Court since 2016. Ms. Pieper focuses her practice on criminal, appellate and administrative law.
